After 25 years at the helm of a 2-star Michelin restaurant, Phil wanted to start a new project that would be very different from his city way of life in the village that he fell in love with over 10 years ago. Far from the city, in a completely new setting, his idea is to cook food that will satisfy the taste buds of hungry skiers (and non-skiers) and enchant his customers with its harmonies of flavours. To do this, he gathers a brigade of chefs to produce a menu that he has created, keeping a place for himself in the kitchen during his holidays. "With a menu of simple, tasty and seasonal dishes, my ambition is to create an address that is renowned for the quality of its cuisine and service, or that even has the reputation of being the best restaurant in Paradiski." The dining room offers an intimate experience, seating 35 in a contemporary and relaxed mountain atmosphere.
