A former top-level sportswoman, lifeguard for over 20 years and recently qualified sports coach, Christelle is on hand to introduce you to Nordic walking and trail running, two sports that are perfect for our magnificent surroundings in Oisans.
The sessions are supervised by a qualified sports instructor and will enable you to work 98% of your muscular chain in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Just bring water, snacks and your best smile!
