In winter, it is located 200 metres from the departure of the ski lifts and the ESF meeting point, access is possible by a ski lift 100 metres from the residence, or by free shuttle bus (stop in front of the residence).
In the summer, it is located very close to the forest for a walk, bike or pram ride on the "Petit Bonheur" path.
The flat includes :
- a fully equipped kitchenette and a living area with a pull-out sofa and a TV.
- a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
