In winter, it is located 200 metres from the departure of the ski lifts and the ESF meeting point, access is possible by a ski lift 100 metres from the residence, or by free shuttle bus (shuttle stop in front of the residence).
In the summer, it is located very close to the forest for a walk on the "Petit Bonheur" path.

- a fully equipped kitchenette and a living area with a pull-out sofa bed and television.
- a bedroom with 3 single beds,
- one bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin,
- Separate WC.
