Apartment 4/5 pers. of 50 m2 in the heart of Hirmentaz - Les Habères massif, in the heart of the authentic nature of the Alps of Léman !Enjoy a spacious apartment in an exotic setting for your next vacation. It has ski/bicycle storage and a south-facing terrace to enjoy the view of the mountains of the massif from the garden furniture on sunny days. Beds at your disposal The bedroom offers a bed of 160 x 200 and can accommodate a child's bed (provided on request) without difficulty, while leaving everyone their sleeping space. The sofa-bed has a modular bed that adapts to your needs: 1 double bed of 160 x 200 or 2 individual beds of 80*200 each. The living space The living area allows you to enjoy moments of relaxation in a mountain-style setting, with a view of the surrounding mountain pastures. On the kitchen side, the essential accessories for your Savoyard culinary experience are at your disposal (raclette machine, fondue machine) to take advantage of the regional products available to you from producers and shops nearby. The bathroom Functional with a sink area and a shower cabin with hydro-massage jets, it allows you moments of relaxation after a busy day. On the practical side, a washing machine is also at your disposal. Please note : the toilets are independent. What to do during your holidays ? The location is ideal for exploring the ski resorts of the Chablais massif (unesco World Geopark) and the Aravis. - Located in the immediate vicinity of the Hirmentaz / Les Habères resorts, family resorts par excellence, you are 10 minutes from the Portes du Soleil with the Roc d'Enfer ski area, the Grandeur Nature resort. - 25 minutes away, the resort of Praz-de-Lys awaits you with its 55 km of slopes. - In 35 minutes, you reach the cabin of Ardent and the resorts of Avoriaz, Morzine and Châtel. On the other side, for a day of discovery in the heart of the Aravis domains, the Grand Massif is 40 minutes away with the resort of Morillon. On the shores of Léman Lake, why not go to Thonon-les-Bains 20 minutes away for a relaxing day at the thermal baths or culturally at the many castles nearby or visit the town of Evian and its famous springs. Activities abound in our beautiful region. It's up to you to compose your à la carte stay !
