From the Petit Mont Cenis Pass, follow the vehicle track and, shortly after the second hairpin bend, take the path to the left which climbs between rocks and meadows. After passing the first lake, go down the steep path to the right which leads to the upper Périn Lake. Begin your descent to the Savine barns, crossing a small rock face where you'll need to use your hands. From there, follow the path to the right along the Savine stream, then continue on a wide track which leads back to the Petit Mont Cenis Pass.
