Because what could be nicer than sharing a Swiss fondue (made from Vacherin Fribourgeois and Swiss Gruyère cheeses) in an authentic Alpine chalet overlooking Mont Blanc. Not forgetting, of course, to take the time to observe the plant and animal life that surrounds us.
