BALL & CONCERT
For the 14th edition of the Samoëns American Festival, you will find in concert :
- Saturday at 5pm: Ady & The Hop Pickers
- Saturday at 9pm: Liane Edwards
- Sunday at 4.30pm: Hillbilly Rockers
Throughout the festival, many BALS will animate the village with different styles from Thursday evening!
DANCE TRAINING
You will also have the opportunity to learn new dances during workshops given by talented choreographers:
On Country & New Line styles:
- With Niels POULSEN
- With Jean-Pierre MADGE
On the Catalan style :
- Choreographer to be confirmed
Saturday evening at 5.30 pm: The trainees of the dance workshops, accompanied by the choreographers, will be able to put into practice what they have learned during this Ball at the Ice Rink.
REGISTRATION TO THE WORKSHOPS
Take advantage of different formulas and different levels (from novice to advanced):
- 1 workshop = 8€.
- 2 workshops = 15€ (for the novice)
- 3 workshops = 21€.
- from 4 courses = 6€/slot
- Pass for all courses = 40€.
Attention, to participate in the workshops, you must have at least 1 year of experience in country dance.
The ticketing is not yet open.
DISCOVERY OF COUNTRY DANCE
For those who would like to try country dancing for the very first time, initiations will be offered free of charge during the whole weekend in the centre of Samoëns.
