Alexis Bessette, the chef, is a talented master cook who is constantly renewing his cooking while getting the very best out of the produce. He is a nature-lover and favours short food supply chains, selecting his raw produce on local markets, according to his mood and the seasons. This leads to an instinctive, pared-down, contemporary style of cooking which revisits the classics and knows how to surprise gourmet palate. From 02/12/2020 to 31/03/2022 Service schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 12 pm and 2 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
Closed saturday at noon, saturday evening, sunday at noon and sunday evening.
