Chef Renaud Darmanin invites you to discover his gastronomic restaurant in Marcolès. His fine, tasty and always creative cuisine and his mouth-watering dishes set the tone! Fresh, seasonal produce and flavours from here and elsewhere are the order of the day from the dining room to the terrace near the fountain in summer. Come and taste, among other things, its truffade en charlotte... a traditional dish revisited as a refined dish with an elegant presentation.
