The Le Birdie Residence offers a calm and relaxing stay in a peaceful atmosphere with spectacular views of La Tournette Peak and the Aravis Mountains. All rentals are fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, with a capacity ranging from 2 to 12 people. This 3-star residence has an indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, and offers massages. Other leisure activities include: a playground for kids, a tennis court, and a game room with a billiards table, fooseball table, pinball machine, and a ping-pong table.
Just ten minutes from your rental, enjoy the lake, the mountains (paragliding, hiking, skiing, etc.), sightseeing, the bike path, and even the famous mountain passes of the Tour de France...
This establishment offers week-long stays, a variety of packages, and several options (breakfast, bed and bathroom linens, housekeeping, baby equipment).
Le Birdie also welcomes groups for incentive or festive stays suited to your needs (large free carpark for buses and special vehicles).
Known and certified as a "Kid friendly" destination, Le Birdie also has a glamorous nuptial suite for you to discover.
You must show your digital green certificate “Pass sanitaire” one time only, on the day of your arrival.
Minors (under 18) do not need a health pass until 31 August - so no test or vaccination is required.
If you do not have a “Pass sanitaire” certificate, you will need to do a blood test.
You can provide the documents on your phone or on paper, we accept both.
Hydroalcoholic gel is provided at the entrance of common spaces (reception, game room).
Wearing a mask is mandatory in closed spaces.
Door knobs and other contamination areas are regularly disinfected.

20% discount Midweek for all 4-night stays minimum (from Monday through Friday or from Sunday through Thursday.
