The apartment is in the very heart of the village of Arc 1950 and faces East with an attractive view over the mountains, the Pre-Saint-Esprit and the village of Arc 2000.
There are several local shops as well as bars and restaurants at the bottom of the building. The ski school meeting point is on the Place de l'Horloge, also at the bottom of the building, or at the start of the Cabriolet for the youngest children, a 2-minute walk.
The Jardin de la Cascade complex has an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a view of the mountains and a wellness centre with a sauna and hammam.
You will also have access to the indoor/outdoor pool and the fitness room in the Prince des Cimes apartment complex just opposite.
The price includes linen and towels and cleaning during and at the end of the stay.
