Our family house welcomes you: spacious, bright, comfortable, with air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom and toilet. The double bedroom with terrace is on the first floor and the family suite on the second.
This villa is located in Annecy center. The lake, the old town and the train station are within walking distance, buses are 100 m away.
We offer breakfasts with our home made jams. The table d'hôtes is possible in the evening on reservation (according to the sanitary conditions) and the kitchen can be put at your disposal on your request. You can use our garden and our private closed parking (cars, motorcycles), and we can provide bicycles.
We apply a degressive flat rate from 7 days, and, for more conviviality, we give priority to reservation requests for stays of 3 or 4 days at least and do not take into account, except exception, the requests for one night stay only.
We welcome you from May to September, as well as during school holidays and local events. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. We can offer our guests the benefit of our good knowledge of Annecy in French of course, but also in English.
Sustainable tourism
We encourage our guests to sort their waste and promote the quality of mains water rather than drinking bottled water. We consume as many local and home-made products as possible, we compost our green waste, and our flowering fallow land encourages biodiversity.

Jacques (a native Annecyan) and Micheline were teachers in a previous life and are (for more than a dozen years now...) always delighted to welcome you and to share with you in all simplicity the good knowledge they have, as members of the Société des Amis du Vieil Annecy, of the historical heritage and traditions of Annecy.
