On the ground floor: kitchen area (induction hob, oven, fully equipped) + table / lounge area with sofa and TV, separate sleeping area with standard double bed. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with sofa bed + separate bedroom with single bunk beds.
Quilts/blankets and pillows are provided.
Balcony with a view of the centre of the resort, patio table + stools, 2 sun loungers.
In the basement: enclosed private garage
On the 3rd floor, no lift
You are responsible for end-of-stay cleaning or you will be charged a cleaning fee of €60.
Covid-19 special services
As the owners, we guarantee a full refund of the amounts paid by the guest for the rental of our apartment in Morillon 1100, if the measures taken by the government related to the Covid-19 pandemic should prevent access to or the use of the rental (for example: lockdown measures related to the third wave of the epidemic).
