The Parc des Oiseaux is located just outside the town of Villars-les-Dombes about an hour’s drive from Lyon, in the heart of the Dombiste Lakes. It is home to the most impressive collection of birds from all over the world to be found anywhere. The park is not only unique because of its collection, but also because of all the various ways visitors can discover the different species. Most of the birds starring in the show were born and raised by the team at the park.
