Description

Chalet Talini is a brand new semi detached chalet in Les Gets. It is located at the entrance to the village, just a couple of hundred metres from the Perrieres Express six man chairlift.

The chalet was completed in Summer 2014, and is decorated in high quality wood and painted walls though out.

The chalet is built to a high specification, with extra insulation against both noise and temperature. Heating is through an environmentally friendly heat exchange system and a wood burner (burning logs from the local area).

There is a hot tub outside in the private garden.

There is plenty of parking to the exterior, as well as a garage where you can store your skis, boots and so on.

Entering the chalet though the front door there is a bathroom ahead (shower, sink and WC). To the left stairs access the garage where there is a washing machine and dryer available for guests' use . There is an ironing board and iron.

To the right the chalet opens up onto the spacious, open-plan living and dining area. There is comfortable seating in front of the wood burning stove and the television. The dining table seats eight in comfort. There is a large, modern, fitted kitchen to the right. Patio doors open onto a terraced area which faces towards the village. This area is enclosed by a wooden fence.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a iron double ( King Size) bed, and a wardrobe for storing clothes. Bedroom two has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bedroom three has a double and two single beds as well as two large chests of drawers, meaning that the chalet can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a shower, sink and WC.

The chalet has a dedicated adsl wifi internet and also television with UK and French channels and a dvd player.

Accessing the ski slopes in the morning is possible either by driving, walking to the slopes at Les Perrieres (about 5 minutes walk along the main road). It is possible to catch the free shuttle bus from the Perrieres stop. In the evening there is a paid shuttle bus available.
