Chalet Le Lapye is a large 5 bedroom chalet, three of which have en-suites. There is also a separate bathroom and separate WC. The chalet has a large kitchen, a dining table suitable for up to 12 and a log fire.
Located on the Chavannes Road,it has wonderful views over the village. You can usually ski back to within a few metres of the chalet and the free Navette bus stop is about 100 metres away.
Living area and kitchen The living area and kitchen are on the middle floor. The large living area has a lot of comfortable seating, a large fireplace, television and Wi Fi. The dining table seats 12 in comfort. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, freezer, etc. There is a large sunny balcony off the main living area. There is also a bathroom and separate WC on the middle floor.
Balcony Outside there is a balcony with table and seating - wonderful views over the valley.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms Bedroom 1 - Two single beds. En suite shower and WC. Bedroom 2 - Bunkroom beside room 1. Bedroom 3 - Family room on the middle floor, double bed and two singles. Bedroom 4 - King size bed with ensuite shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom 5 - Double bed with ensuite washbasin and WC. Bathroom - Shared bathroom with Bath on middle floor. WC - Separate wc Shower room - Shared shower room on top floor.
Washing Machine Dryer and Storage On the ground floor there is a laundry room, with washing machine and dryer. There is a also the converted garage, which is used for storage of ski’s, boots and anything else which might need to be stored
Ski Back/Distance to Piste and Lifts and Bus Stop You can usually ski back to within around 50 metres. The free Navette bus stop is around 100 metres away and the Les Folliets ski lift is around 800m away - from this point you can ski down into the village or take the Les Folliets lift. During the day there is a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes during Christmas, New Year and February, and every 30 minutes the rest of the season. You can see from the piste/lifts map opposite how close the bus stop is to the chalet. At night there is a phone up service shuttle from 730pm until 11pm that runs to and from the village to your door.
