Ce cours collectifs est adapté à toute personne souhaitant apprendre tous les rudiments de la natation. Votre maître-nageur s'adapte au niveau de chacun grâce à une progression par étape. Après quelques séances, vous nagerez comme un poisson dans l'eau! Vous aurez acquis les fondamentaux et gagné une aisance dans le grand bassin.
