Independent WC. Central heating heat pump. Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Cleaning included. Annecy (beaches, Lake, old town) 10km, AIX (Lac du Bourget, baths) 26km. Ski: The Semnoz 17km, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand 43km. Farm in activity of the owners on the spot (possibility visits on request). Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
