My travels and my work in the Himalayas, the passion for skiing, body mechanics and emotions led me to teach skiing with a different approach to traditional ski lessons. I offer you a simple, sweet, playful and positive vision specific to the teaching of Mindful Skiing and thus to harmonize the Body - Spirit - Sliding. Get rid of your judgments and your fears by acquiring adequate postures of Letting Be and fluidity in movement on skis. The goal is to unleash everyone's potential.
We start with warm-ups essential to sports practice as well as the discovery of our mobility and its limits, Visualization of our body diagram, anchoring, centering and connection with its balance bubble. We adapt a Qi Qong to the skier with positive visualization games. Breathing will bring us the relaxation necessary to find a relaxed body. Develop a clear and determined mind that will help you react with serenity and ease.
To free the mind,
I take you on a more bodily and sensitive approach with educational and postural games depending on the level of skiing of each and everyone. For a better understanding we will go through the bodily sensation and thus short-circuit the mind to better feel and better understand the fundamentals and mechanisms of skiing.
Exchanges and feelings will be shared throughout the session in order to maintain a clear, calm and determined mind.
Corrections are obviously individualized
