Maison Jorio is a large manor house whose history dates back to 1905.
On the ground floor: large entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, games room/TV room, toilet.
On the first floor: 4 double bedrooms (160X200), a room for children/infants (single bed, cot, cot for small child), 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, toilets.
On the second floor: 2 double bedrooms (140X190 and 160X200), a children's bedroom (4 beds), toilets.
The house is secluded on a 2 ha estate, but is also close to the village of Modane (5 minutes walk) with all its shops, cafés and restaurants.
In the summer, you will enjoy the quietness by the heated swimming pool with a view of the mountains.
In winter, you will discover the ski resorts of La Norma, Valfréjus, Aussois, Val Cenis and Les 3 vallées (via Orelle) which are all easily accessible.
All year round.
