During 1 hour, the brand new Lyon City Tram take visitors to the famous district of Lyon : "Croix-Rousse", also called "the hill wich works", in reference to the Silk craftsmen.
Effortlessly, the tram goes up the hill throw narrow streets and gets great panoramas on the city and over the Gallo-Roman Amphitheatre. The particular design of the touristic tram-train is a tribute to the former funicular that ran on the Croix-Rousse hill from 1862 to 1967.
Departures: 1 rue de la Martinière (69001). Audioguides available in French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.
