Less than 20 km from Lyon,'Domaine de la Feuillade' is a lovely residence dating from the 16th century with 2 character gîtes & 1 lodging (all located upstairs with separate entrance). In the village of Messimy, at the heart of the Coteaux du Lyonnais, guests will enjoy both to be close to the city and the countryside. Accommodation for 4 people on 2nd floor : small entrance hall, living room (kitchen /dining area, lounge area with bed settee (2 adjoining 80 x 200 cm beds or one 160 x 200 cm bed). Shower room (shower, washbasin) including Wc. 1 bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed). Cot on request. Bed linen & towels supplied free. Warm/cool system. On the ground floor : shared laundry room with washing machine & tumble drier. Outdoors (shared with owners living on site) : enclosed extensive grounds with trees. Heated swimming pool (12m x 3m) available from 10H to 20H and from early May to late October. Shady pergola shared by the 2 gites, plancha, garden furniture, outdoor table, parking. The 2 gites can be booked jointly for gatherings (6 people in total). Specific rates from 08 January 2022 and 07 January 2023 (except in July & August) : 680 euros for a two-weeks stay, 840 euros for a three-weeks stay, 900 euros for a four-weeks stay.
