Apartment (100m2) on one level, located on the ground floor of an old restored farmhouse, also including 2 other gites upstairs.
The owners live in a house next door. Large common entrance hall for the 3 lodgings. Integrated kitchen open to living room and lounge area (sofa, connected TV, Netflix), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom with shower and wc, independent wc. Private terrace (riprap side), with garden furniture and deckchairs. Wifi access. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made), bathrobes, and end-of-stay cleaning. Parking on site.
The expressway leading to Chamonix is located behind the farm (not visible from the gîte): limited noise pollution given the renovation and the location of the rooms (no room overlooks the road).
Shops and shuttle stop 200m away. Les Houches center at 400m.
Les Houches ski area 2km away (Bellevue cable car). The cable car is also open in summer (hiking access).
Chamonix center 10 minutes by car (6km): Montenvers train, Aiguille du Midi cable car ...
Merlet animal park 7km away (mountain fauna). Beginners ski slope of Tourchet at 600m.
