Les Ursulines - The Crémieu brewery
Crémieu
If beer was spiritual, it would find its expression in a glass at The Ursulines...
The Ursulines brewery is first and foremost a superb location: the old church of the Ursuline convent, at the heart of the medieval city of Crémieu, where beautiful beers are made inside beautiful buildings. On a daily basis, surrounded by these historic walls, we brew beers with character, distinctive beers. We give the brewing process our undivided attention, ensuring we use only top-quality ingredients. We produce tripel beers, which are matured for a long time and undergo the famous secondary fermention in bottles, providing more elegance. This results in rich, refreshing and aromatic beer. Our beers change with the seasons, we offer refreshing white beer when it's hot, the unusual Médiévale during the Crémieu medieval festival, strong brown ale in winter, the tasty Noël (Christmas) beer for the holidays and the aromatic Printemps (spring) to celebrate the return of warm and sunny weather.
