Everything is homemade, we cultivate, pick, transform everything on site, within the farm, all in organic farming.
Aromatic and medicinal plants, herbal teas: compound or simple. Handicrafts Fruits and Vegetables. Flavored artisanal wine vinegars, fruit. Sweet or savory delicacies: fruit paste, extra jam, marinated garlic, onion confit, eggplant caviar, ... Gift box, gourmet basket.
We also grow hops for the brewing market and herbalism, an atypical culture especially in the heart of Forterre where we are the first to take the plunge, we will be happy to introduce you to this endearing plant in the shade of its cathedral of wood and steel. We will not fail to point out the local brewers who work with us to taste our freshly transformed cones into delicious "made in" Bourbonnais beers.
Do not hesitate to come and visit us, we will be happy to guide you through our gardens and present our many delicacies to you.
