Skillet-fried fillet of beef and kidneys, Burger Rossini by Les Garçons Bouchers, duck magret, meat in Tataki sauce, and last but not least, our legendary knife-chopped tartare. Lovers of good meat will not be disappointed.
Vegetarians have not been overlooked: they can enjoy the crisp Croustillant made with Saint-Marcellin cheese sold by La Mère Richard, an Italian dish of marinated vegetables, and tomatoes and Burrata cheese from La Fromagerie Mons.
To end with a sweet note, yield to the temptation of our homemade pâtisseries: our praline tarts and lemon meringue pies are simply irresistible…
