A real breath of fresh air in this cottage, with a chalet atmosphere at an altitude of 1000 m, on a 2500 m² property with its terraces, its private lake, and an exceptional view! A very quiet place at the end of a hamlet, with access to hiking trails from the gîte, Prabouré ski resort 10 km away. St-Etienne 40 minutes, Montbrison 20 minutes. Pets are accepted after agreement of the owner, with an additional cleaning fee. For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival.
140 m² gite on the ground floor + upper floor including the living room on the ground floor, with kitchen area open to the dining area, one level access to the 2 terraces, one the east and the other to the west, with garden furniture. The first floor receives 4 bedrooms and a living room, as well as a terrace overhanging the roofs, a veritable belvedere on the plain of Forez, the Pilat and even the Alps on a clear day. The cottage has 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. For summer, heating with the fireplace in the living room (free wood at your disposal).
