Close to hiking trails and ski slopes, 44m² gîte with a warm atmosphere on the ground floor of the owners' chalet.
Independent entrance.
Integrated kitchen open to living room (TV, 1 single bed, sofa bed).
Bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm.
Shower room (walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer), separate wc.
Terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture, deckchairs and small barbecue. Land, car park. Common courtyard.
Electric floor heating. It is necessary to bring sheets and towels.
Skiing in the Portes du Soleil area: Abondance 2km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 8km, Chatel 15km. Shuttle at 2.5km. Recreational ski/sledge area in Abondance. Lake Geneva, Thonon Les Bains, Thermal baths at 27km. Many hikes from the cottage.
Stay 2 weeks -5%, 3 weeks -10%. Additional deposit of €100 per animal. Beyond 2 people, a supplement of 30€ will be requested per additional person.
