During your stay at the 'Moulin Neuf de Parenty' you will surely be charmed by this beautiful house of character dating from 1635 and built in golden stones. Located in Neuville-Sur-Saône, between town and country, very close from Lyon, it is an ideal place for a tourist or business trip. Behind the small white gate (n°5 of the street) you will discover this little haven of peace, with garden and terrace. The owner, Catherine will be delighted to share her house with you and will welcome you warmly. Bedroom 'Manara' on the 2nd floor with 140 cm double bed is accessed by a wooden staircase : small landing with reading area. Sanitary facilities with shower, sink and toilet are located on the landing (non adjoining). Bathrobes are provided. Breakfasts based on local and/or organic products will be served on the ground floor, in the shared living room, on the terrace at the back or in the garden. Extra bedroom on the 1st floor for 2 people (160 cm bed) can be made available. Public car park. Close to city of Lyon, banks of the Saône river and public transport.
