Close to the high peaks of the Chamonix valley, in a set of character, old terraced farmhouse restored. 144m2 gîte on the ground floor: kitchen opening onto a large living / dining room, (fireplace - wood supplied). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160, 1 bed 90, bathroom, wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160 - or 2 twin 80 beds), bedroom 4 (1 sofa bed 130, bathroom water / wc), bathroom, separate wc. Laundry room. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. Central heating. Small enclosed land, orchard & parking. Ski room. Possibility to rent towels. Panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc massif and the Fiz range. Les Houches ski area 6km, Chamonix 12km. Train and free shuttle with guest card. Thermes de Saint-Gervais 6km away (fitness). In the village, Gorges de la Diosaz at 800m. Nature reserves, mountain lakes. Merlet animal park 7 km away. Reduction for stay 3 weeks -10%.
