Single storey accommodation located on the ground floor of the owners' house, living upstairs.
Large living room including an integrated kitchen area, a dining area with table for 4 people and a living room with sofa and armchairs, TV with DVD / Blu-Ray player. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and various equipment.
Shower room with shower and WC, washbasin on cabinet, heated towel rail and storage space.
Main bedroom with 160x200cm bed, second bedroom with two 80x200cm jumelab beds. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Towels provided. End of stay cleaning included. Wifi access.
Level access to the gîte from the car park. Grassed area with sun baths accessible by an external staircase. Terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and bench.
Bus to Annecy at 400m. Lake and old town of Annecy 8km away. Geneva 40km, airport 50 minutes. Hiking and skiing in Semnoz at 23km, or at La Clusaz at 36km.
