Come on a guided tour between April and September to learn about the history of the vineyard thanks to the winemaking tour with unique architecture, where wine is made using the power of gravity. The 3-storey tower dates back to the 1960s and was created by Mr. Bouteillé and Mr. Labeye. It was a logical but innovative construction for its era. The building was inspired by expertise from further afield, and was created with a purpose in mind, to help save energy and respect the grape. Bookings are compulsory (at least 48 hours prior).
