Ideally located in a quiet area: shops, bar, restaurants, squares, and supermarket, open on Sundays. Bus stop at the bottom of the building, (10 minutes from the train station and the centre and old town of Annecy).
The lake is a 5 minute walk away (free beach at Albigny, pedal boats, sailing, water skiing, stand-up paddle). Hiking to "Mont Veyrier" (10 minutes walk), "Semnoz" with view on Mont Blanc (35 minutes by car or bus).
This flat is also suitable for people on business trips. The work is facilitated (office corner, access to the fiber) and will offer you a relaxing environment. Unfortunately it is not designed for people with reduced mobility.
In the neighbourhood, access to the shuttles which will take you to the Aravis resorts but also to the beaches of the Lake. Geneva 40 minutes away, Chamonix, Lyon, Grenoble, Evian about 1 hour by car.

This flat has also put in place solutions to control energy consumption: (double glazing with anti-heat treatment, LED lamps, double flush toilets, mixer taps, energy saving shower heads, eco-designed toilet and household products). Remember to sort your waste, sorting bins are available on the balcony (glass, plastic, compost). You too can make a gesture: use your bike or your legs to get around. (Four city bikes are available). The urban bus lines take you to the centre of Annecy, to the lakeside beaches, but also to the resorts of the Aravis.
