Bed sheets and towels included. Terrace in front of the gîte, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, garden. Ski and bicycle room, cellar. Courtyard, covered parking space (upper level). Annecy (lake / beaches, old town) 14km, Aix les Bains and its lake 28km. Skiing (track, cross-country, snowshoeing) at Semnoz 15km. Many hikes in the Regional Natural Park of Bauges.
1 animal accepted after agreement of the owners.
