The 2 shower rooms, the 4 bedrooms + mezzanine, the large living room and the dining room with fireplace allow everyone to find their space. The wooden interior and the half-storey architecture give an original and warm atmosphere. A storage room with indoor/outdoor access allows the storage of bicycles, skis or other equipment.
Located on a large wooded plot of land at the exit of the hamlet of Martiniére, towards the Col de Porte - a clear road in winter - 3 km from the village / shops / ski resorts, it offers an unobstructed view of most of the Chartreuse peaks and ideal sunshine. The triple exposure terrace allows you to enjoy the sun or the shade in case of hot weather.
Parking space for several vehicles. Unenclosed land, the vegetation isolates well from the road and the neighbourhood, without obstructing the view. Departure point for signposted walks (foot, snowshoe, mountain bike) nearby. Accommodation not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
