Independant chalet (56m2) on one level next to the owners' house.
The cottage is located in the Mont-Blanc valley in the Municipality of Domancy, near Sallanches and the Saint-Gervais thermal bath.
Entrance hall with storage, integrated kitchen area open to living room (Tv, wood stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm which can be twinned on request as a 160cm bed).
Shower room (shower), separate toilet. Parking on site.
Garden, balcony, and south-east terrace facing the Molanc with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.
Everything is included: sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Nearby ski areas: Saint-Gervais 8km (Bettex cable car), Combloux 9km. Plaine-Joux family resort 15km away.
Passy leisure center 3km from the gîte: summer swimming, karting, tree climbing, mini-golf, fishing.
