Direction Die in the Drôme valley, Sylvie and Gérard will warmly welcome you to their property. You will be at the gates of the Vercors Regional Natural Park and less than 500m from the city center. The fresh water of the Drôme river is yours for swimming and exploring by canoe, the local markets to stroll and savor the culinary specialties, the perched villages, the exceptional landscapes and the possibilities of endless walks and mountain bike rides that criss-cross the Vercors massif and the valley (Trois Becs, Cirque d'Archiane, Glandasse, Roanne valley, Saoû forest...), Col de Rousset station 25 minutes away. Gîte located 2 hours from Lyon, Grenoble and Avignon.
Holiday home, recently renovated and adjoining vertically to the owners' home, private terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds, mountain view. Entrance into the living room from the terrace: fitted kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (1x140), TV, reversible air conditioner. A through bedroom with a double bed (1x140) and access to the shower room/wc (shower cubicle). The terrace is on the land of the owners, slightly vis-à-vis indirect with their terrace. Wooded and enclosed land, secure parking on the property, bicycles or motorbikes shelter, provision of a pétanque court. Private washing machine in the gite and accessible from the owners' garage. If you are on foot and arriving by train, the owners can pick you up. Non-smoking cottage. Shared bathing pool.
