For the table, Alexandre Baule draws inspiration from the Alpine environment to craft menus that mirror the changing seasons.
Alexandre Baule’s journey from his native Isère to L’Alpaga – from Baux-de-Provence to Cannes, via Paris – has been filled with the highest standards and constant creativity.
Craftmen provide him with exceptional products, at the pace of the seasons, the result of their fishing, farming and gardens.
From 14/12/2022 to 10/04/2023, every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm. Dates to be confirmed.
