Bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm and single bed 90x190cm. Corridor with storage, wardrobes. Bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine, washbasin on cupboard. Separate toilets.
Wifi available (fiber), Internet TV. Ski/bike room available. Sheets and towels can be provided for hire. Linens provided.
Near little busy road access to the hamlet. Source nearby. Small terrace on the garden side, west (sunset). Swing for children. A small table for breakfast is installed on the south terrace.
Reduction of -10% for stays of 3 weeks minimum. Annecy and its lake at 16 km, Aix les Bains at 28 km. Skiing: Semnoz ski area and Bauges resorts 15 km away. Many hikes nearby (Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges).
