Chamaret is a charming medieval village in the Drôme Provençale, just 10 minutes from Grignan (château of Madame de Sévigné). 30 minutes from Nyons (famous for its olives) and Vaison-la-Romaine (well known archaeological site). Explore the many hilltop villages in the area, such as La Garde-Adhémar (20 min.). On edge of Les Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature park with many outdoor activities (walking/hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, etc.).
