Gîte of 107m2 (+ 35m2 with sloping ceilings less than 1.80m) on 3 levels in a very beautiful house with contemporary architecture, also including the owner's accommodation.
Independent entrance on the ground floor (from the terrace): fitted kitchen with cellar section, dining area.
1st floor: lounge area (sofas, Tv, poufs), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200 - open bathroom: washbasin on cabinet, shower, wc), shower room / wc.
On the 2nd floor: large mansard-roofed kitchen open to the living room with 6 90cm beds. Sheets and towels are provided. Internet wifi. Air conditioner.
Heated swimming pool accessible from May to mid-October, shared with the owner (secured by removable dome). Terrace with furniture and barbecue, deckchairs, land. Parking on site. Non-smoking gîte.
Property secured by gate and access code.
Old town of Annecy, Lake, and the first beaches 14km away. Large shopping area 5km away. Gorges du Fier at 4km.
Pis trails, mountain biking from the gîte. In winter: skiing at Semnoz (family), or La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand 50 minutes away.
