Pierre Mammoliti, the boss, former chef of the Hôtel de Paris, Alain Ducasse, Roland Pierrot and many relays and castles, revisits our fish from the lake and offers you the thousand and one perches. More than 18 sauces and some three different cooking methods. A simple and accessible kitchen with all the taste sensations of a large house in a cosy little restaurant.
The lakeside but also the nearby Chablaisian valleys inspired him with "Le Plateau Savoyard" a tasting of typical Savoyard dishes on a single tray: tartiflette, diots, cured ham, pickled mushrooms, walnut oil salad, kirch cream and red fruits.
