Gîte of 80m2 on the ground floor - on one level - of an old farmhouse with character completely restored in a chalet style, also including the owners' accommodation (upstairs), as well as another gîte.
Each has its own private entrance. Accommodation located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Integrated kitchen open to living room and lounge (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (bath), separate wc.
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs.
Private ski/bike room located in a small annex mazot. Parking in front of the gite or next to the mazot/ski room. Shuttle at 500m. Bakery, tobacconist, press, and ski hire 5 minutes away on foot.
Center of Saint-Gervais, Bettex gondola (Saint-Gervais ski area linked to Megève Mont d'Arbois) and shops in the town center 1.5km away: 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
Ice rink of Saint-Gervais at 800m, swimming pool at 1.5km. Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) 5.5km away. Megève at 10km, Chamonix at 30 minutes by car.
Many hikes nearby all year round. Snow equipment recommended in winter.
