Gite (30m² + 14m² attic) fitted out in a beautiful mountain atmosphere on the 1st floor of an old restored farmhouse including 2 other gîtes on the same level, the house and the owner's family restaurant. Common entrance.
Kitchen open to the living room (convertible Z bench for 2 people), separate WC.
Duplex: attic bedroom (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), bathroom (shower, sink, heated towel rail).
Laundry room common to the 3 gîtes (washing machine). Land / garden with view of Lake Geneva, mountains, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Private parking. Sheets rental. Private ski locker.
Ski: Les Habères 4.2km. Thonon, thermal baths, Lake Geneva 17km, many hikes in the Green Valley. Geneva 34km.
