Description
The Abbey of Abondance is famous for its cloister decorated with magnificent 15th century wall paintings. First, the students will go to the workshop room where they will learn about the materials and make their own lime plaster. Then, in a second phase, the class goes to the cloister where mural painting techniques, conservation and restoration are discussed. Before returning to the classroom, they will have drawn a picture in the cloister which they will reproduce and colour on their fresco.

Group children: 4.50 to 5 € (5 € per child if the group is less than 20 children.).
Free of charge: 3 accompanying persons per class.
