The chalet, in the hamlet of Neyrieu, commune of Belmont-Luthésieu, is a little apart from the other dwellings. It includes from the entrance, a small living room, with on the right side, a kitchenette, WC and shower, and in front, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 separate beds. It is possible to park in front, or even to shelter a vehicle under the awning leaning against the chalet. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the main small towns in the area (Artemare, Cormaranche, Hauteville and Belley).
Acceptés : Les animaux bien éduqués et sociables avec les autres (chiens et chats) sont acceptés.
Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés dans les chambres. Les propriétaires sont responsables des éventuelles dégradations qu’ils pourraient occasionner.
