La maison est située au Petit Chambois à 800 mètres d'altitude, d'une superficie de 120m². La maison est composée, au rez-de-chaussée, d'un salon avec téléviseur, canapé convertible, salle à manger, cuisine ouverte équipée (four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle), poêle à bois, cellier avec rangements et congélateur, machine à laver, table et fer à repasser), d'une salle d'eau avec double vasque, WC et douche à l'italienne (sèche cheveux). A l'étage, 3 grandes chambres possédant chacune un lit de 140cm, une seconde salle d'eau avec WC. A l'extérieur : cour, salon de jardin et possibilité de local à vélo. Le rez-de-chaussée est désormais accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite car le canapé du salon est désormais convertible, donc deux couchages supplémentaires. Sur demande, location de draps et lits faits à l'arrivée.
