A great place to be in the Upper Beaujolais ! This gite for 15 people in the open countryside, just 1 km from the village & 50 km from Lyon is perfect for family/friends gatherings ! Traditional stone-built house also including owners' home. Delightful and peaceful setting on the edge of forest. Totally separate access. Outdoors : parking, terraces with sets of garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, no opposite neighbours. Comfortable & well-designed accommodation, stone walls, exposed beams, wonderful views from each room. Gite on 2 levels, accessed via wooden stairs from parking (gite is downstairs). Level 1 : living room, lounge area (fireplace for winter evenings or spring/autumn weekends), kitchen opening directly onto large terrace (lovely views). Bedroom (double bed). WC. Level 2 : 4 bedrooms (2 single beds, 2 bunk beds) (2 single beds, 2 bunk beds) (double bed) (3 single bed). 3 shower rooms, 1 WC. Baby equipment, safety barrier in the stairs. Table tennis. Linen hire : sheets 10€ /single bed, 15€/double bed (beds are made before arrival), towels 8 €/person. Cleaning service must be paid the end of stay : 95€.
