From the village of Les Praz, the new gondola lift commissioned in December 2019 flies over the Golf de Chamonix and transports you to the Flégère site at 1877m. If you wish to continue the journey, the chairlift takes you to the Index, at an altitude of 2595m.
Winter : thematic snowshoeing outing " Fauna and Flora of the mountain in winter " every Tuesday and Thursday from December 20, 2022 to Thursday March 30, 2023.
Snowshoeing initiation outing around the Tête Aubuy supervised by a mountain professional with a Swarovski long viewer at your disposal for the observations.
Meeting point: 10:30 am on the Flégère plateau (at the exit of the cable car), return to the same place.
Duration of the activity: 1h30/2h Children from 12 years old accompanied by an authorized parent. Maximum 10 persons Loan of snowshoes and poles In order to allow as many people as possible to participate in the snowshoeing activity free of charge, we ask for a deposit of 10€ per person at the time of reservation. This deposit will be reimbursed after the participation to the activity, except if cancellation is done at D-24h.

Waterproof mountain shoes / hiking boots Winter mountain pants, ski pants or similar Fleece jacket and waterproof jacket Backpack (15L mini) with water and snacks Sunglasses Gloves, hat Sunscreen People who do not have the appropriate equipment may not be accepted by the guide.
